Rebels Have Tough Day At Brickyard Collegiate

MACON, Ga. - The Ole Miss men's golf team had a tough day at the Brickyard Collegiate Friday, shooting a 9-over 297 in the first round at the Brickyard at Riverside and sits in 10th place.
Junior Billy Brozovich led the Rebels with an even par 72 and is for 13th. Senior All-American Jonathan Randolph was 1-under heading into the final two holes before consecutive bogeys left him with a 73 and tied for 23rd.
Georgia was the only team to shoot under par, with a 287 and leads North Florida by one. Defending NCAA Champion Augusta State carded a 289 for third, and Georgia Tech and Clemson are tied for fourth at 291.
