OXFORD, Miss. - Taylor Hashman, a current student at the University of Mississippi and former member of the Ole Miss baseball team, was seriously injured last weekend in Oxford. In response to that injury, the Ole Miss Diamond Girls have established a fund to help offset the costs of medical treatment for Hashman and his family.
People can make make a donation to this fund at Regions Bank locations in Oxford, Jackson or Memphis, or mail it to Regions Bank, Michael Leonard c/o Taylor Hashman Help Fund, 50 N. Front Street., Suite 100, Memphis, TN, 38103.
"Tragedies like this put a financial burden on the injured individual and their families," said Ole Miss head coach Mike Bianco. "Our hope is that this fund will allow members of the community and Ole Miss family to make donations in an effort to help alleviate the costs of Taylor's medical treatment."
Updates on Hashman's status are available on the Caring Bridge website at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/taylorhashman.
