Women's Golf Concludes First Round At SEC Championship

AUBURN, Ala. - The Ole Miss women's golf team concluded day one of the SEC Championship with a 318 and sits in 12th place at the Auburn University Club.
Junior Ashley Lance carded a 75 to lead the Rebels in the first round.
Host Auburn fired a 5-under 283 and leads Tennessee (285) by two and LSU (287) by four. Tennessee Sophomore Erica Popson fired the lowest first round score in SEC Championship history with a 6-under 66 to lead the individual field.
The Rebels will tee off the second round Saturday beginning at 8:30 a.m. from the 10th tee. Live scoring is available by going to www.OleMissSports.com and clicking on link in the calendar.
