OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss Rebels track and field team will be well represented this week at the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships this week in Eugene, Ore.

Four Rebels will travel to historic Hayward Field to compete against the nation's top collegiate and professional athletes.

Sophomore Ricky Robertson will compete in the high jump, sophomore Mike Granger will compete in the 100 meters and senior Lee Ellis Moore and junior Carson Blanks will represent the Rebels in the 400 meter hurdles.

Robertson, a four-time SEC Champion, turned in a runner-up performance earlier this month at the NCAA Championships. He enters the National Championship seeded fifth, with a jump of 2.29 meters.

Granger, the NCAA Indoor runner-up at 60 meters, finished seventh at this year's NCAA Outdoor Championship in the 100 meters. He enters the National Championships with a mark of 10.16.

Moore enters this week's competition ranked eighth, with a time of 49.82 seconds. The reigning SEC Champion turned in a sixth-place performance at this month's NCAA Championships in Des Moines, Iowa.

Blanks, the SEC runner-up in the 400 meter hurdles, comes into this week's meet with a seed time of 50.50.

Former Rebel stars Antwon Hicks and Brittney Reese will also be competing in Eugene this week.

Hicks, who won back-to-back NCAA Championships in 2004 and 2005 for the Rebels, will compete in the 110 meter hurdles. He is seeded eighth going into the event.

Reese will compete in the long jump, where she is the three-time defending champion. The 2009 world outdoor champion and 2010 world indoor champion is seeded second going into this week's competition, seeking her fourth consecutive title.

The Rebels will also be well represented in the USA Junior Track and Field Championships, held alongside the senior National Championship in Eugene.

Benjamin Lapane will compete in the javelin, while Mary Ashton Nall and Fabia McDonald, the 2011 SEC Indoor Female Freshman Field Athlete of the Year, will compete in the heptathlon.

Last year, Granger won the 100 meters at the USA Juniors and went on to take fourth in the 100 at the World Juniors and win gold at the World Juniors with the U.S. 4x100 meter relay team.

The USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships begin Thursday and run through Sunday at Hayward Field on the campus of the University of Oregon. The event will be televised by ESPN2 on Friday (10 p.m. - 12 a.m. CT) and NBC on Saturday (4-5 p.m.) and Sunday (4-5 p.m.).
