Rebels Head To Schenkel Invitational

The three-day tournament will be held at the Par-72, 6,962-yard course at the Forrest Heights Country Club. The 15-team field includes the host Eagles, No. 13 UAB, No. 8 Central Florida, College of Charleston, Duke, Florida, Georgia State, No. 29 Kentucky, Maryland, Ole Miss, NC State, North Florida, North Texas, No. 15 Texas and No. 11 Virginia.
The Rebel lineup will consist of freshman Ben Wolcott, junior Blake Morris, sophomore Forrest Gamble, junior Joe Lewis and senior Tom Brown, who will be competing in his first team tournament of the 2013-14 season.
“We are headed to our third tournament of the spring,” head coach Ernest Ross said. “We have been working hard on conquering some weak spots in each player’s game.
