Ole Miss returns to the friendly confines of Oxford, Miss., and Tad Smith Coliseum when it welcomes Western Kentucky for a midweek showdown. The Rebels and HIlltoppers tip off at 6 pm CT from Tad Smith Coliseum. Starting Five
1. Ole Miss picked up its second consecutive win with a 86-49 win over Wagner on Sunday in Staten Island, N.Y. Shandricka Sessom posted a team-best 18 points, while freshman Jonell Williams added a game-high nine rebounds. Freshmen Madinah Muhammad and Alissa Alston were also in double figures with 12 points each.

2. Freshman Jonell Williams tied her career-high with nine rebounds against Wagner. Williams has played 32 minutes and grabbed 20 rebounds. She's averaging roughly 1.6 rebounds per minute. Williams has grabbed a rebound in each game she's played and is Ole Miss' top rebounding freshman and the second best rebounder on the team with 6.7 boards per game.

3. For the first time this season, Ole Miss used the same lineup for more than two consecutive games. Ole Miss' lineup of A'Queen Hayes, Erika Sisk, Madinah Muhammad, Shandricka Sessom and Shequila Joseph is 2-1 this season. Muhammad becomes the first freshman to start more than one game and the only to make back-to-back starts.

4. Wednesday's game is the ninth meeting between Western Kentucky and Ole Miss with the Hilltoppers owning a 5-3 series record and winners of the last two meetings. Ole Miss is 2-1 in games played in Oxford and this will be Western's first visit to Oxford since the 2002-03 season, a 79-45 Ole Miss victory.

5. Ole Miss is a young team with no seniors and just two players who have been in the program for more than two years in Bretta Hart and Shequila Joseph. The team is youthful but balanced as the Rebels have eight players averaging at least five points and seven players averaging at least three rebounds.

Ole Miss vs. Western Kentucky Notables
-This will be the second straight season Ole Miss and Western Kentucky have meet on the hardwood. The HIlltoppers have won the last two meetings. Western Kentucky is the second opponent from the C-USA for Ole Miss this season as Ole Miss has also faced Middle Tennessee. Ole Miss will also have Southern Miss from C-USA in non-conference action.

-Ole Miss has a 2-1 record against Western Kentucky in Oxford and is looking for its first win over WKU at the Tad Pad since the 2002-03 season when they defeated the Hilltoppers, 79-45. In three meetings in Oxford, Ole Miss is averaging 77.0 PPG.

A Win Would
-Snap Western Kentucky's current two game winning streak and give Ole Miss three straight wins for the first time this season.

-Move the Rebels 12 wins way from the 800th victory in program history. Ole Miss' current record is 787-475. The earliest Ole Miss could hit the 800th win would be on Jan. 21 against Kentucky.

Rebels By The Numbers
3- Number of games freshman Madinah Muhammad has started. Muhammad, out of Chicago, Ill., is the only Ole Miss freshman to start more than one game this season and the only to start consecutive games. She is averaging 7.0 points in games started.

6- Number of triples freshman Torri Lewis had against UL-Lafayette just one shy of the freshman record for three-pointers set by Shae Nelson in 2011. Additionally it was two shy of the Tad Smith record for three-pointers set by Gracie Frizzell last season.

7- Number of consecutive games Ole Miss leading scorer Shandricka Sessom has scored in double figures. Sessom is averaging 17.3 points per game and is the SEC's sixth leading scorer.

19- Number of rebounds Bretta Hart had against UL-Lafayette. Hart, who entered the season averaging 2.1 rebounds per game, is averaging 7.8 rebounds per game

84.3 - Number of points Ole Miss is averaging in home games this season. Ole Miss hasn't scored fewer than 78 points at home this season and hasn't scored less than 72 points all season. Ole Miss is averaging 81.0 points per game and ranks 23rd nationally in scoring average and fifth in the SEC.

Scouting Western Kentucky
Western Kentucky enters Wednesday's game winners of its last three games after dropping their season opener at Ball State, including a win over a top 5 team in Louisville. Kendall Noble leads a trio of players in double figures with 15.3 points per game and is joined in double figures by Tashia Brown and Ivy Brown who are contributing 12.8 and 12.3 points per game, respectively. Kayla Smith is nearing double figure with 9.8 points per game also. Noble leads the rebounding efforts as well with a team-best 9.5 rebounds per game, while Ivy Brown is adding 7.5 boards per game. As a team, the Hilltoppers are averaging 69.2 points per game and 41.0 rebounds per game.

About Ole Miss
Sophomore Shandricka Sessom continues to lead the Ole Miss offense with 17.3 points per game and has reached double figures in each game this season and in seven consecutive games dating back to last season. Erika Sisk joins Sessom in double figures with 10.7 points per game while Madinah Muhammad and Shequila Joseph are nearing double digits with 8.0 and 7.8 points per game, respectively. Bretta Hart leads the rebounding efforts with 7.8 rebounds per game, while rookie Jonell Williams is contributing 6.7 boards per game. As a team, Ole Miss is averaging 81.0 points per game and grabbing 47.0 rebounds per game.
