Ole Miss looks to bounce back from its first loss in four games when it welcomes New Orleans to Oxford and the Tad Smith Coliseum on Monday. 1. Ole Miss saw its four-game winning streak snapped with a 57-38 loss to in-state rival Southern Miss on Saturday. Shandricka Sessom led the Rebel offense with 20 points for her second consecutive game of 20 or more points. Bretta Hart led Ole Miss on the glass with a team-best seven rebounds. The loss snapped a five-game win streak for Ole Miss vs. Southern Miss.
2. Shandricka Sessom recorded 20 points against Southern Miss and tallied back-to-back games of 20 or more points for the first time in her career. Sessom has recorded 20+ points on three occasions this season and has reached the 20 point mark four times in her career.
3. Ole Miss tallied a season-best seven blocks in the game at Southern Miss. Ole Miss got a pair of blocks out of Shequila Joseph and Cecilia Muhate Pena. Ole Miss is averaging 3.4 blocks per game, which ranks 10th in the SEC.
4. Monday's meeting between the Rebels and Privateers will be the first meeting since the 2004 season when Ole Miss defeated New Orleans, 100-50, in Oxford. Ole Miss leads the all-time series, 7-0 and has won all four meetings in Oxford.
5. Ole Miss scored just 38 points in the loss at Southern Miss, which was the second fewest points in program history and the fewest points scored since Ole Miss had just 41 points in a loss at LSU last season. Additionally, the 38 points are the fewest points scored in the Matt Insell era.
Ole Miss vs. New Orleans Notables
-Ole Miss and New Orleans are meeting for the eighth time on the hardwood, but for the first time since the 2004 season. Ole Miss leads the series, 7-0 and has won the last four meetings in Oxford.
-The Privateers have no players from Mississippi and the Rebels have no players from Louisiana, but both teams do have international players. New Orleans has a player from Denmark while the Rebels have two internationals in Shequila Joseph (England) and Cecilia Muhate Pena (Spain).
-New Orleans will take on another SEC foe in Arkansas in non-conference action. The Rebels and Razorbacks are the only two SEC foes on the Privateers schedule.
A Win Would
-Give Ole Miss its eighth consecutive win in the series and also move Ole Miss to 5-0 in the series in Oxford.
-Move the Rebels 10 wins way from the 800th victory in program history. Ole Miss' current record is 789-476. The earliest Ole Miss could hit the 800th win would be on Jan. 28 at South Carolina and they would become the sixth SEC program to record 800 wins.

3- Number of games Shandricka Sessom has scored 20 or more points this season. Sessom tallied a career-best 28 points against Arkansas-Pine Bluff and followed that with 20 points against Southern Miss for her first back-to-back games of 20 or more points.
6- Number of three-point FGs and assists Shandricka Sessom had against Arkansas-Pine Bluff - both new career highs. Sessom's six three-pointers tie teammate Torri Lewis as the most for a Rebel this season and was just two shy of the Tad Smith Coliseum record.
7- Number of blocks Ole Miss had against Southern Miss. It's the most blocks for the Rebels this season and marked the second consecutive game the Rebels had 5 or more blocks.
9 - Number of consecutive games Ole Miss leading scorer Shandricka Sessom has scored in double figures his season, a number that increases to 10 if you go back to last season. Sessom is averaging 18.9 points per game and is the SEC's leading scorer.
38- Number of points Ole Miss scored against Southern Miss. It was the second fewest points in program history and the fewest since the Rebels scored just 41 in a loss at LSU last season.

5- Ole Miss will play five more games at the historic Tad Smith Coliseum before moving into the brand new Pavilion at Ole Miss. The opening weekend of the Pavilion will be Jan. 7-10 . Ole Miss will play its first game in its new home on Jan. 10 vs. Florida.
Scouting New Orleans
The Privateers enter Monday's game after a 85-68 win over Jackson State on Saturday and winners of their last two games. Randi Brown leads the New Orleans offense with 17.5 points per game and is the lone Privateer in double figures. Bria Platenburg is nearing double figures and is averaging 8.2 points per game. Shania Woods leads the Privateers on the glass with 6.2 rebounds per game. As a team, the Privateers are averaging 72.7 points per game and are pulling down 49.0 rebounds per game. New Orleans will also take on SEC foe Arkansas this season and has also taken on TCU.
About Ole Miss
Sophomore Shandricka Sessom continues to lead the Ole Miss offense with 18.9 points per game and has reached double figures in each game this season and in 10 consecutive games dating back to last season. Her 18.9 points currently leads the SEC. Erika Sisk is close to double figures with 9.8 points per game, while Madinah Muhammad and Shequila Joseph are nearing double digits with 7.4 and 6.8 points per game, respectively. Bretta Hart leads the rebounding efforts with 8.6 rebounds per game, while rookie Jonell Williams is contributing 6.5 boards per game and Sessom is contributing 5.6 boards per game. As a team, Ole Miss is averaging 73.7 points per game and grabbing 46.4 rebounds per game.
