Ole Miss will resume Friday night's game at 6:30 p.m. following Saturday's regular-scheduled game.

OXFORD, Miss. -- With the Gamecocks holding a 1-0 lead in the second inning, the rain began to fall in Oxford forcing a delay in the series opener between Ole Miss (28-19, 5-13 SEC) and South Carolina (32-17, 6-12 SEC).

The game will be resumed at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday evening following the completion of game two of the series which will be played at its originally scheduled time of 3 p.m. and broadcast by the SEC Network.

Saturday's game is the Think Pink game with the Rebels raising awareness for Breast Cancer, and will also feature the weekend promotion of free crawfish in the outfield for fans. Admission to all games is free.
