Starting Five
1. Ole Miss dropped a 70-56 road contest at Georgia in its last outing on Super Bowl Sunday. Madinah Muhammad led the Rebels with 15 points including a career-best four three-pointers. For the second consecutive game A'Queen Hayes led the Rebels on the glass with nine rebounds, just one shy of tying her career-best of 10.

2. Madinah Muhammad posted her seventh game in double figures with 15 points and was 4-of-12 from long range. Her four three-pointers is a new career best and her 15 points snapped a three-game scoreless streak for the freshman from Chicago, Ill. She has nailed multiple three-pointers in nine games this season.

3. A'Queen Hayes has been a beast for the Rebels on the glass over the last six games. In Ole Miss' last six outing she's averaging 7.0 rebounds per game and has reached five or more in five of those six games. In Ole Miss last three outings she's averaging five offensive boards per game. On the season Hayes is pulling down 5.0 rebounds per game.

4. Ole Miss is arguably the youngest team in the SEC this season. Ole Miss has 13 players on the roster and nine of those players are freshmen or sophomores. The Rebels are the lone team in the SEC without a senior and Ole Miss has only two players who have been in the program for more than two years in Shequila Joseph and Bretta Hart.

5. Ole Miss and Auburn will be meeting for the 58th time on Thursday with the Tigers owning a 32-25 all-time series record. Ole Miss has won two of the last three meetings and leads the series, 12-10 in games played in Oxford.

Ole Miss vs. Auburn Notables
-Auburn leads the all-time series, 32-25 but Ole Miss has won two of the last three meetings between the schools including a 51-46 contest at Auburn last season. The Rebels lead the series 12-10 in games played in Oxford.

-Neither team has any players that hail from Alabama or Mississippi but Ole Miss' Director of Operations, Eric White is a Boaz, Miss., native and athletic trainer Meredith Pendergast calls Wetumpka, Ala., home.

A Win Would
-Snap Ole Miss' current four-game skid and give the Rebels a second consecutive win over Auburn, the first back-to-back wins over the Tigers since winning three straight in 2006-07.

-Move the Rebels five wins way from the 800th victory in program history. Ole Miss' current record is 794-484. The earliest Ole Miss could hit the 800th win would be on Feb. 25 vs. South Carolina and they would become the sixth SEC program to record 800 wins.

Rebels By The Numbers
3- Number of ranked opponents Ole Miss has defeated under the direction of Matt Insell and staff. The win over the No. 9 ranked Wildcats on Jan. 21 was the highest ranked opponent Ole Miss has defeated in the last six years.

12-Number of points the Rebels came back from in their SEC opening win over Vanderbilt. Ole Miss trailed by 12 with 7:03 left in the fourth quarter and closed the game on a 20-5 run to record their first come-from-behind win of the season and second of the Matt Insell era.

26- Number of points Shandricka Sessom scored against South Carolina. Sessom's 26 points are the most an individual has scored against the Gamecocks all year and she is one of just four players to hit the 20- point mark against South Carolina all season.

103 - Number of points Erika Sisk is away from 1,000 career points. Sisk has scored 502 points in an Ole Miss uniform to go with 395 from her freshman season at Murray State. Sisk will need to average 17.1 ppg the remainder of the season to reach the milestone this year.
