OXFORD, Miss. รยขรขโยฌ" The Ole Miss Athletic Department, in partnership with the University of Mississippi and the L-O-U community, have announced several community events set to take place Monday through Saturday (Oct. 16-21) for the fifth Community Connection Week.
Community Connection Week is designed to serve as a connecting point for the campus community, as well as the greater Oxford-Lafayette community, and was born out of the idea that we all need to connect and celebrate the community that we are fortunate to call home.
"We have seen the evolution of our conversations surrounding equality, service and celebration of differences, which has only strengthened our community," said Ross Bjork, Ole Miss Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics. "This year we have unveiled the 4TheRebs campaign that continues the intersection of athletics and community surrounding one common goal to support Ole Miss."
