Scholtz Makes First Final Four in 2017
Four-time All-American Nik Scholtz made his first singles final four of 2017 this past week as he reached the semifinals of singles at the Futures in Egypt. Scholtz survived a three-setter in the opening round, winning a tiebreaker against former world No. 230 and then came back to win a three-setter in the quarterfinals to reach his fist semis this year. He is competing in Egypt again this week and will face qualifier Ivan Kosec of Slovakia in the first round.

Career-High Doubles Rankings for Scholtz and Lutjen
After winning their first doubles title together, a couple weeks ago, both Scholtz and Jonas Lutjen achieved career-highs in doubles in this week's ATP World Rankings. Scholtz is now at No. 304 and Lutjen is at No. 538. Lutjen is ranked No. 423 in singles and Scholtz is ranked No. 512.
