They have outshot their opponents in nine out of 11 matches this season, including a season-best 4694 on Oct. 5. The Kentucky squad most recently outshot Ohio State with a 4679 on Sunday, Nov. 11.

Last meeting…
Ole Miss last competed against Murray State two seasons ago on Jan. 15, 2017 in Oxford. The Rebels (4624) welcomed both the then-No. 3 Racers (4708) and then-No. 5 Kentucky (4664). Two-time All-American Alison Weisz led Ole Miss in air rifle with a 595, followed by then-sophomore Harley Gardner's 587. Marsha's Minute…
On Murray State..
"We are looking forward to shooting with Murray State. They are a great team and have been since NCAA began sponsoring the Rifle Championships in 1980.  Murray seems to always qualify for NCAAs and they won the NCAA Championship twice in the 1980s."

On three week break…
"We are coming off a small break – our last match was October 28. I think the break came at a good time for us.  If the team continues to focus on what we have been working on in practice, we will do well."
