Doubles Draw Champions at CCB Invitational

Final Draws
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Ole Miss Men's Tennis wrapped up the CCB Collegiate Invitational Sunday with a pair of doubles draw titles, as both duos emerged victorious at the Country Club of Birmingham.
The rookie pair of Jan Soren Hain and Simon Junk outlasted East Tennessee State in an 8-7 (3) win, picking up the Crimson Doubles Draw championship.
Fellow freshman Sebastian Rios teamed up with sophomore Cotter Wilson and cruised with an 8-4 win over Belmont's Dawson Blankinship and Grant Kelly, taking home the Houndstooth Doubles title.
Three of the four Rebels also won in their final single matches of the tournament, including Junk and Rios each battling through narrow tiebreakers to take the victory. Junk topped conference foe Kento Yamada of Kentucky, cruising in the first set 6-1 before dropping the second in a 6-7 (4) sequence. He prevailed 10-7 in the tiebreaker, while Rios dropped his opening set 4-6, but reversed for his second at 6-4, and landed the win via a 10-6 tiebreaker.
Wilson defeated UAB's Fernando Vargas for the final win on the day in a 6-3, 7-5 decision.
