ITF Futures Run Ends for Kraljevic

LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif. -- Ole Miss men's tennis senior Filip Kraljevic saw his ITF USA F25 Futures run come to an end Thursday at the Laguna Niguel Raquet Club.
Kraljevic fell to American Michael Zhu 5-7 7-6(2) 6-1.
The senior was victorious through the first four rounds of play, advancing to the Round of 32 Draw which began Wednesday.
Kraljevic carries a preseason ITA ranking of No. 37 in doubles with partner Tim Sandkaulen, who also ranks individually at No. 15.

Round 2: def. Rishabh Sharda (IND) 6-4 2-6 6-4
Round 3: def. Chris Wettengel (USA) 6-3 6-1

Round 5: Michael Zhu (USA) def. Filip Kraljevic (CRO) 5-7 7-6(2) 6-1
Kraljevic and the Rebels will next compete at the All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla., beginning Friday, Sept. 28.
