The Rebels begin their home schedule with a doubleheader of dual matches

OXFORD, Miss. -- Ole Miss Men's Tennis (0-1) welcomes North Alabama to begin its 2019 home slate Saturday, facing off against the Lions in a doubleheader of dual matches, slated for 2 and 5 p.m. starts at the William F. Galtney Indoor Tennis Center, located along Manning Way.
Live stats will be available via the links provided above, but no live streaming is available for the event.
The Rebels are led by a veteran crew of NCAA participants in seniors Filip Kraljevic and Fabian Fallert and junior Tim Sandkaulen. Joining them is sophomores Cotter Wilson and Finn Reynolds, as well as a quartet of newcomers in freshmen Jan Soren Hain, Karlo Kranic, Sebastian Rios, and Simon Junk.
Sandkaulen began the fall ranked 15th by the ITA, while Fallert and Reynolds teamed up to finish 5th in doubles in the last individual ITA rankings in late November.
Ole Miss begins 2019 receiving votes in the latest ITA Poll, but suffered a sweep at the hands of No. 8 Texas at the USTA Collegiate Series opener Wednesday in Orlando, Fla.
Fans will receive a free team poster Saturday, and those who stay for both matches can participate in a post-contest autograph session.
UP NEXT
The Rebels return to the road, heading to Los Angeles for the ITA Kick-Off weekend, where Ole Miss will face (RV) San Diego, and then either UCLA or Indiana.
