Ole Miss Athletics Announces Staff Promotions

OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss has announced several recent staff promotions throughout the athletics department, including four senior-level advancements.
In the football recruiting office, Tyler Siskey has been promoted to Associate Athletics Director for Player Personnel, while in the student-athlete development staff, Jennifer Saxon, EdD has been elevated to Associate A.D. for Student-Athlete Enhancement.
In his second stint with the Rebels, Siskey returned to the program in 2018 and assembled a top-25 signing class this season that is making an immediate impact on the field. Saxon is in her fifth year at Ole Miss and oversees career development, community engagement, diversity & inclusion and personal advancement for Rebel student-athletes.
In addition, Tiffany Edwards, PhD has been promoted to Assistant A.D. for Administration, and Charlie Ball Burrell has advanced to Assistant A.D. for Academic Enrichment.
Edwards serves as the human resources officer for Athletics, including recruitment and hiring, employee relations, policy management, compensation, professional development and diversity initiatives. Burrell directs the academic enrichment side of student-athlete development, which includes the tutorial program, mentoring, math and writing labs, testing and accommodations, learning specialists and other areas.
Among other notable titles changes within the department, Katie Wisdom has been named Director of Ticket Operations. Wisdom leads the daily operations of the athletics ticket office, including sales plans, ticket data analysis and staff supervision.
Kristen Arquilla has been promoted to Associate Director for Compliance. She monitors activities for the department related to amateurism, recruiting, eligibility, financial aid, awards/benefits and practices.
Within the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation, Brady Bramlett and Hailey Gilleland have been elevated to Associate Directors of Development/Annual Giving. Bramlett's responsibilities include the car dealer program, fundraising for suites and skyboxes, event planning and annual fund stewardship, while Gilleland assists in the fundraising efforts of annual giving and priority seating for football, basketball and baseball.
Haley Prewett has risen to the position of Associate Director for Athletics Finance. She prepares several assigned budgets, audits financial reports and manages expenses related to sports camps.
In the student-athlete development office, Jon Nance and Keyana Smith have been promoted to Assistant Directors, for Athletic Academic Operations and Athletics Academic Support, respectively. In his new role, Nance oversees the class checking, student worker and book programs, in addition to other departmental areas. Smith supports academically at-risk teams and helps manage the tutoring staff, including training, scheduling and personnel functions.
In the Rebel football program, Markka Prichard has assumed the title of Assistant Director for On-Campus Recruiting. She prepares itineraries for official and unofficial visits, coordinates campus ambassadors and assists coaches with travel and logistics.
