The Rebels head to Birmingham as the defending SEC champions after winning the program's first team title at the 2019 SEC Championship. The 2020 tournament was canceled due to COVID-19. After a first round upset over top-seeded Florida, the Rebels defeated Georgia before beating South Carolina for the title.
With just one regular season tournaments remaining until postseason play, Ole Miss sits No. 4 nationally in the Golfweek/Sagarin College Rankings and No. 6 in the Golfstat Team Rankings. The Rebels have been ranked inside the top 10 all season long, ranking as high as a program-best No. 2 back in November.
