Tiphanie Fiquet to Compete at ITF W25 Fort Worth

Fiquet Ranked No. 12 Among Players in Qualifying Draw
OXFORD, MISS. – 2021 All-SEC Second Team player Tiphanie Fiquet will represent Ole Miss at the ITF W25 Forth Worth, a professional tennis event. Fiquet currently ranks No. 116 in the ITF rankings and is scheduled to begin qualifying on Monday.
Fiquet has tied her career-high ITF Singles Ranking of No. 116 and will look to enter the top-100 for the first time in her career. She also ranks top-750 in the world in the WTA Singles Rankings. Fiquet reached one singles final and won three doubles titles on the ITF tour this past summer.
The W25 Fort Worth consists of a 32-person qualifying draw feeding into a 32-person main draw. The hardcourt event takes place at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center on the campus of Texas Christian University. The event is headlined by No. 1 seed Kaia Kanepi, a former top-15 player who is currently ranked No. 70 in the WTA.

Fiquet has a combined record of 16-13 this year in ITF events. She is also 13-9 playing on hardcourt in 2021. Fiquet earned a 15-8 overall record last season for Ole Miss. She was awarded the No. 69 Preseason ITA Ranking.
