Football Living Up to Party in the Sip Moniker

Three Home Games Remain for 2023 Season
OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss Football has lived up to its Party in the Sip mantra this season, filling Vaught-Hemingway Stadium with record crowds and dazzling fans with one of the best atmospheres in college sports.
The football program made headlines last weekend becoming the first SEC school to host a drone show for fans during its 27-20 win over Arkansas. A raucous crowd of 65,748 striped the Vaught in red and powder blue, and the drone show, as well as the striped LED light show in the fourth quarter, helped fire up the crowd and propel the Rebels to a comeback victory.
Saturday Down South, Bro Bible and others wrote articles spotlighting the light and drone show, while videos and photos flooded social media. The drone show generated an aggregate readership of 450 million and a $1.4 million ad equivalency.
The drone show came just one week after the Rebels put on another tremendous party during a 55-49 win over LSU. Against the Tigers, an extended fourth-quarter fireworks and LED light show set Rebel fans off and helped fuel a fourth-quarter surge as Ole Miss overcame a nine-point deficit in the final quarter of the upset.
The largest crowd ever at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, 66,703, was on hand to witness the monumental win. The Ole Miss student section was a huge part of that LSU crowd and has been integral to the atmosphere all season, setting new student attendance records nearly every week.
Rebel fans have three opportunities left to join the party at The Vaught. Following a bye week and a road trip to Auburn, Ole Miss returns home on Oct. 28 to host Vanderbilt for homecoming. The Rebels host Texas A&M the following week and ULM for senior night on Nov. 18.
Limited tickets remain for all three home games at OleMissTix.com.

Hats off to the Ole Miss marketing department. From some of the stuff I've seen this season, they've done a great job. LED light shows, pregame field lasers, and a drone show. As well as, events during tv timeouts. https://t.co/v55A0QVEeE
