Men’s Tennis Set to Host No. 11 Georgia in Top 20 SEC Match-up

OXFORD, Miss.– The No. 19 Ole Miss men's tennis team returns to the Palmer/Salloum Tennis Center on Friday at 3 p.m. to host the No. 11 Georgia Bulldogs.
The Rebels (15-4, 3-4 SEC) enter the weekend with momentum following an impressive 5-2 road win against No. 16 South Carolina. This week, the Rebels will attempt to build on their momentum against the Bulldogs (12-5, 4-4 SEC), who sit right outside the top 10.
The Bulldogs bring nationally ranked depth in both the singles and doubles. Led by the singles trio of No. 37 Arda Azkara, No. 38 Will Jansen and No. 103 Santiago Giamichelle. Georgia is just as dangerous in doubles with the No. 26 pairing of Arda Azkara and Santiago Giamichelle, and the duo of No. 75 Will Jansen and Gabriele Vulpitta.
Ole Miss counters with its top-tier freshman talent, Stefano D'Agostino at No. 77 in singles. D'Agostino is also ranked in doubles alongside his partner Pietro Pampanin as the nation's No. 85 duo.
The Rebels look to leverage their home-court advantage as they are 10-0 this season in Oxford.
