A GLANCE AT THE REGULAR SEASON
It's been another productive year in the 12th edition of the Chris Malloy era. Ole Miss has nine top five finishes this season; three individual winners, the 2026 SEC trophy, and two team sweeps via the Invitational at the Honors Course and the Mossy Oak Collegiate.

Five players have tallied at least one top 10 finish with four tallying at least one top five. Malloy and company have made it to nine straight regional appearances and are aiming for their eighth team trip to the NCAA Championships.

IT JUST MEANT MORE
Among one of the most competitive fields in collegiate golf, the Ole Miss squad came out on top at the 2026 SEC Championship at the end of April. In a field that included 11 of the top 25 ranked teams in the nation, the Rebels finished fourth after stroke play before taking down Texas A&M 4.5-0.5. Against the No. 1 team in the nation, Ole Miss out-played Auburn 3-2 for the chance to take on No. 3 Florida in the final. A 4-1 victory over the Gators gave the program it's second-ever SEC title and first since 1984.

SEC HARDWARE
Following their success at the conference tournament and their efforts throughout the 2025-26 campaign, the SEC named Ole Miss head coach Chris Malloy the SEC Coach of the Year, while Tom Fischer was tabbed first team all-SEC and Cameron Tankersley was selected to the second team. Malloy became just the second coach in program history to be named best of the SEC, joining Ernest Ross who earned the title in 1982 and 1984.

BEWARE OF THE FISH
Tom Fischer has proven all season he has next level stuff to compete with the best golfers in the world. The senior from Birmingham, Alabama leads Ole Miss in eight statistical categories and earned back-to-back top two finishes with a win at Mossy Oak.

ROUNDING INTO FORM FOR POSTSEASON PLAY
The Rebels capped off the regular season with a team sweep at the Mossy Oak Collegiate. It marked the second straight year Ole Miss took home team and individual honors in their final event of the regular season. They added to that with a title win at the 2026 SEC Championship.

HISTORY AT WATERSOUND
Ole Miss opened their spring slate with a top five finish and an individual win from one of their young studs in freshman Daniel Tolf at the Watersound Invitational. The Gothenburg, Sweden native posted (201, -9) setting a new career-low 54-hole score in his first victory on the collegiate circuit. Tolf began the spring with back-to-back rounds of five-under 65, also setting a new career-low 18-hole score.

He became the first freshman nearly 10 years to win at least a share of an individual title for Ole Miss. The last freshman to win in their rookie year was Braden Thornberry who conquered them all at the FAU Slomin Autism Invite March 25-27, 2016, with rounds of 69-67-69.

WINNERS IN CHATTANOOGA
Ole Miss swept the field taking home their first team and individual title of the season at The Invitational at the Honors Course. The Rebels posted (854, -10) and Cameron Tankersley earned medalist honors in his first collegiate win.

Tankersley, the overnight leader began his final round at six-under and shot even par 72 to secure the win. Needing par at the 18th, Tankersley calmly stepped over a five-footer and sank the putt. The tournament sweep marked the 10th of the Chris Malloy era.

A TRIO OF EXPERIENCE
The trio of Tom Fischer, Cameron Tankersley and Cohen Trolio look to guide Ole Miss back to postseason play for the ninth straight year. All three seniors rank inside the top 20 of the PGA TOUR U rankings. The three have combined to play in 127 collegiate events, tallying 373 rounds.

BROTHERLY LOVE
Golf is one of the more unique games that can be played as an individual or as a member of a team. When you pair family with it, the game doesn't get much sweeter. For the sibling duo of Cohen and Collins Trolio, having the chance to play together for the second straight year is something they'll cherish forever.

"We have a really cool relationship and have been around each other and our best friends," Cohen said. "I missed him when I was gone and we'd talk on the phone most nights, but it's cool to be able to come to a school and play together and learn from other people."

"It could not have worked out any better because I never saw us getting the chance to play collegiately together," Collins said. "I learned to play the game by watching Cohen so it's cool now that we get to compete against each other and play on the same team."

YOUNG AND HUNGRY
Jacob Blanton and Collins Trolio round out the returners from the 2024-25 roster. Blanton has four individual starts this season and most recently competed at the Mason Rudolph Championship. Trolio has tallied eight starts and collected a top 10 finish at the Thomas Sharkey Individual.

Finn Meister and Daniel Tolf were the 2025 signees Chris Malloy and Emerson Newsome tabbed from the high school ranks. Meister was the No. 2 recruit out of the state of Arizona by Junior Golf Scoreboard and competed in the 2024 Korn Ferry event - The Ascendant presented by Blue. Tolf hails from Gothenburg, Sweden and is quite the stature for an 18-year-old freshman. The lengthy hitter looks to continue his momentum after the win at Watersound.

BUILDING OFF HISTORY
The Rebels look to build upon a legacy after arguably the best and most decorated season in program history in 2024-25. Ole Miss earned its first No. 1 ranking on October 23, 2024, and received its first No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament in program history. The Rebels finished as semifinalists at the 2025 NCAA Championships at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa, in Carlsbad, California.

The team claimed three team titles, the most wins since 2016-17. Tom Fischer tallied his first individual collegiate win, and six players finished inside the top five at least once. The group set a program record for the most team rounds under par in a single season and the most team rounds of par or better at 26. The Rebels finished inside the top five nine times, the most since 1984-85.
