Ally Anusauskas is in her first year as an assistant coach on the coaching staff for Ole Miss track & field and cross country in 2025-26, where she will work with the Rebel distance squads.
Anusauskas came to Ole Miss from Division III Keystone College, where she was named the head track and cross country coach on May 13, 2025.
Prior, Anusauskas was a graduate assistant coach at Division II Wingate University for the 2024-25 school year. At Wingate, Anusauskas assisted with every aspect of both programs such as recruiting calls, in-person visits, and training ideas.
Anusauskas was part of a South Atlantic Conference cross country sweep in 2024, as well as a Southeast Regional title on the track in the spring of 2025. The men's cross country team had considerable success in 2024, with an individual Southeast Regional champion before finishing as the national team runners-up at the 2024 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships, where all seven Wingate runners received All-America honors. On the track, Wingate nabbed nine total All-America nods, including a national title indoors in the mile.
Before her time at Wingate, Anusauskas was a graduate assistant coach at VCU, where she was responsible for weekly training plans, program updates, meet and travel information, preseason cross country camp, daily practices and workouts, training records and weekly training logs.
With the Rams in 2023-24, Anusauskas coached A-10 individual cross country champion Lauren Tunnell, and was part of a coaching staff that led VCU to women's track & field A-10 titles both indoors and outdoors.
Anusauskas has also spent time working for Lancering Timing Service, where she worked with various crew members to organize track meets along with communicating effectively with various athletics staffs at numerous venues.
Anusauskas ran collegiately at UMass Lowell, where she graduated in May 2023 with a bachelor's degree in exercise science before earning her master's in sports management from Wingate in May 2025.
