AT OLE MISS (2013-14): 2014: OUTDOOR: Ran 23.90 in the 200 meters and 56.23 in the 400 meters at the Ole Miss Open. 2013: OUTDOOR: Competed in one meet, running the anchor leg of the 4x400-meter relay with the "C" team (3:30.35). BEFORE OLE MISS: Lettered in track and field at Oxford High School under the direction of coach Scott Kendricks ... helped OHS to a runner-up finish at the 2011 state meet ... named All-State as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team in 2011 ... owns personal bests of 53.80 in the 400 meters and 2:05 in the 800 meters ... participated in basketball, power lifting and football ... National Honor Society member and 2011 OHS Hall of Fame honoree. PERSONAL: Born Nov. 6, 1992 ... son of Poindexter and Valeree Barnes, who both attended Ole Miss.
