Ole Miss Women's Basketball Travels To Alabama

Ole Miss will be looking for its first SEC road win of the season when they travel to Alabama on Thursday. Game time is slated for 7 p.m., at Coleman Coliseum.

The Lady Rebels are 10-6 to start the year under first-year head coach Carol Ross. Ole Miss opened SEC play at home with a, 79-72, win over Florida and suffered their first conference blemish with a, 67-61, loss at Arkansas on Sunday.

Alabama enters Thursday's game with a 9-5 overall record and a 1-0 record in SEC play. The Crimson Tide defeated South Carolina, 74-71, in their SEC opener on Sunday.

Crimson Tide head coach Rick Moody is 294-150 in his 15th season in Tuscaloosa. His overall coaching record is the same. Alabama assistant coach Ron Aldy spent the past six seasons as the head coach at Ole Miss.

The Lady Rebels lead the all-time series with Alabama, 23-15. The Crimson Tide currently have a two-game win streak in the series.
