- Junior Brian Pettway extended his hit streak to a career-best 13 games with an RBI single in the fourth.
- Pettway also scored a run in the second to give him eight straight games with at least one run scored.
- Junior LHP Matt Maloney struck out a career-high 10 over 8.0 innings this evening. His previous career best was nine set last year in 8.0 innings of relief versus Washington in the NCAA Oxford Regional.
- Ole Miss has now recorded 10 or more hits in 10 straight games after recording 14 this evening.
