Rebels, Bulldogs Baseball Series Moved To Thursday-Saturday

OXFORD, Miss. - The season-ending baseball series between Ole Miss and rival Mississippi State has been moved from a regular Friday-Sunday series to be played Thursday through Saturday.
The series was originally scheduled for May 19-21 in Starkville, but a new schedule from the Southeastern Conference office has shifted the final weekend series to begin on Thursday, May 18. The new schedule allows for the Sunday before the SEC Tournament to be left open for the league's teams.
Ole Miss and Mississippi State will now play the opening game of the three-game set at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Friday's game will also begin at 6:30 p.m., while Saturday's series finale will be played at 2 p.m.
