THIS SERIES: Ole Miss and Arkansas have faced off 54 times with the Razorbacks holding a 31-23 advantage in the all-time series. The two teams first met in the 1982 season with the Razorbacks claiming a 7-2 win in Fayetteville in a single game. Last season, the Rebels claimed the weekend series 2-1 in Fayetteville to close out the regular season. The Rebels have won four straight series dating back to the 2004 season, including a sweep of the Razorbacks in Fayetteville in the 2005 season.
BIANCO VS. ARKANSAS: Rebel head coach Mike Bianco is 13-11 against the Razorbacks as a head coach and has led the Rebels to wins in 11 of the last 15 meetings between the two schools.
HOW THEY GOT HERE: Ole Miss is coming off a pair of mid-week wins over Murray State and at Arkansas State after dropping the weekend series to #10 South Carolina on the road the previous weekend.
Arkansas comes into the weekend after winning both mid-week games against Northern Colorado. The Razorbacks also picked up a series win in their last weekend series as Arkansas took two games from Tennessee at Baum Stadium.
UP NEXT: Ole Miss will return to action with the final two mid-week games of the season next week. The Rebels will travel to Nat Buring Stadium in Memphis to make up the second game of the annual Memphis series that was rained out at Autozone Park. First pitch is set for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

NOTING LYNN: Lynn enters the weekend contest coming off his first loss of the season in nine starts with a 5-1 record. The junior is second on the team in strikeouts with 67 and leads the team in innings pitched with 54.2. He has only walked 14 batters in his time on the mound to hold the fewest walks allowed by a regular starter for the Rebels. NOTING POMERANZ: Pomeranz is coming off his third straight quality start for the Rebels as he picked up the win at #10 South Carolina over the weekend. It's the third straight win for the southpaw who has allowed only two runs in his last 21.0 innings of work. Pomeranz was named SEC Freshman of the Week after his performance in a shutout of #6 Vanderbilt three weeks ago. NOTING SATTERWHITE: Satterwhite will be making his fourth straight Sunday start after moving from the Saturday role following the Florida series. The junior took the loss against the 10th-ranked Gamecocks after a rocky start that saw him give up 4 runs in the first two innings before settling in and holding the Gamecocks scoreless the rest of the way .
