After a rough start this past weekend, we rallied together and got a huge win against Auburn! It was an amazing team effort and just what we needed to get the ball rolling going into this week. 'Kids Take Over The Park' Day was a huge success. We had an amazing turnout, and althought we missed our little angel Haley we had her there in spirit! The kids were great and we had so much fun working with them in the clinic. They were our good luck charm for the win.
This week we are going to really focus on waking the bats up! There will be a lot of hitting going on as well as keeping sharp on defense, so we are prepared to head into Hog country this weekend. I cannot believe that my senior year is flying by this fast! I am enjoying ever single second of it, and having fun playing with the best group of gals in the world. Senior weekend is graduation day and its just two weeks away! Finals and end of the year projects are sneaking up on all of us, but we are ready! I am looking forward to this week flying by so we can head to Arkansas and play ball, have fun and get some wins! Then we will be back at home against Kentucky the next weekend, and we need a good home crowd for our senior day!!! Hotty Toddy, I am headed out ...
