Rebels Among Nation's Attendance Leaders

Final ITA Attendance Standings

OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss men's tennis team finished the 2013 season third in the annual ITA Attendance Race standings for regular season home matches. The Rebels drew 4,527 fans to its matches this season at the Palmer/Salloum Tennis Center and Gillom Sports Center.

The Rebels have been ranked among the top 10 in the nation in attendance five of the six years the ITA has sponsored the attendance race.

Ole Miss ended the regular season ranked No. 7 in the nation and won their 10th SEC Western Division Championship. They earned their 20th consecutive NCAA appearance and hosted the first and second rounds for the 11th time.

"We are excited to be among the nation's attendance leaders again," head coach Billy Chadwick said. "We would like to thank our fans who came out to support us this year. We have developed a great following over the years."

The All-American duo of Nik Scholtz and Jonas Lutjen will continue their season next week in the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships in Champaign, Ill.
