Ole Miss continues its six-game home stretch with a showdown with No. 25 Oregon out of the Pac 12 on Wednesday. This will be the first meeting between the two teams and Ole Miss' second matchup with a ranked opponent. Tickets are available and can be purchased at the Ole Miss Ticket office or online HERE.

Starting Five
1. Ole Miss got back in the win column with a decisive, 97-40, win over La.-Monroe on Saturday. Ole Miss was led by Madinah Muhammad with a game-high 21 points while Alissa Alston recorded a career-best nine rebounds. Cecilia Muhate led the way on the glass with seven rebounds. The win is Ole Miss' sixth straight at The Pavilion at Ole Miss.

2. Wednesday's matchup will be the second against a ranked opponent in the last three games. Ole Miss is 0-1 against ranked foes this season with a loss to No. 14 West Virginia on Dec. 4. The Rebels will take on 10 opponents that are ranked or receiving votes in this week's AP or Coaches poll.

3. Ole Miss and Oregon will be meeting for the first time in program history. This will be Ole Miss' third opponent from the Pac 12 in the Insell era as the Rebels have faced Utah and Washington State. Ole Miss is 1-1 with a win over Utah (2014-15) and a loss to Washington State (2013-14). Ole Miss is 5-6 all-time against Pac 12 opponents.

4. Wednesday's game is the second of six straight home games for Ole Miss. The Rebels will close the non-conference slate with its next four games and then open the SEC slate on Jan. 1 when Arkansas travels to Oxford. Ole Miss will play three games in the next seven days highlighted by Oregon (Dec. 14) and VCU (Dec. 17)

5. Ole Miss' current 6-0 record at The Pavilion at Ole Miss, to open the season is the best start to the home slate in the Insell era and is the best home slate start since 2012-13 when Ole Miss won its first seven home games. Ole Miss' best undefeated start at home in most recent history was an 11-0 start in 2006-07.

Ole Miss vs. Oregon Notables
-This will be the first meeting between the Rebels and Ducks. Ole Miss last faced a team from the Pac 12 in 2014-15 when they defeated Utah, 52-38, at the Nugget Classic in Reno, Nevada. Ole Miss is 5-6 all-time against teams from the Pac 12. Oregon is one of three first time opponents Ole Miss will face in 2016-17 along with High Point and their next opponent VCU.

-Ole Miss junior guard Chrishae Rowe started her collegiate career at Oregon in 2013-14. Rowe averaged 21.6 points per game for the Ducks and still holds the top three single-game scoring records for the Ducks with 41 vs. Seattle, 39 vs. Arizona State and 38 vs. Utah.

-The Rebels will be the second SEC team for the Ducks as they took on No. 5 Mississippi State on Nov 25 in Hawaii, falling to the Bulldogs, 75-63 for their lone loss of the season to date.

-While Oregon doesn't have any Mississippi natives on the roster and the furthest West the Ole Miss roster goes is Chrishae Rowe who hails from Riverside, California. Both the Ducks and Rebels have an international player from Spain. Ole Miss' Cecilia Muhate is from Madrid, while Oregon's Maite Carzorla is from Las Palmas.

A Win Would
-Give Ole Miss its seventh straight home win, the best start to the home slate in the Insell era and also the best start to a home season since 2012-13 when Ole Miss also won its first seven home games.

-A win would also be Ole Miss head coach Matt Insell's 49th career win putting him one win away from 50 career wins.

-Be Ole Miss first win over a ranked opponent since knocking off then-No. 9 Kentucky last season. It would be the fourth win over a ranked opponent in the Insell era and would move Ole Miss to 1-1 in 2016-17 against ranked opponents.

Rebels By The Numbers
2-Number of wins head coach Matt Insell needs to earn his 50th career win. Insell is 48-54 in three years as head coach of the Ole Miss women's basketball team. The earliest Insell could get win No. 50 would be against VCU on Dec. 17.

3- Number of times sophomore Madinah Muhammad has scored 20 or more points this season. Muhammad is averaging 14.1 points per game to lead the Rebels and is the lone player to have back-to-back games of 20 points this season with 22 points vs. Wisconsin (Nov. 26) and 24 points at UNLV (Nov. 27).

9-Number of assists sophomore Alissa Alston had against La.-Monroe. It's the most assists for a Rebel this season and the most since Valencia McFarland posted 10 in 2014 against Georgia. In total, Ole Miss had a season-high 25 assists on 31 made buckets â€" the most assists for the Rebels since recording 31 against Winston-Salem State in 2009.

31-Number of turnovers Ole Miss forced against La.-Monroe. It's the fourth time this season Ole Miss has forced 25 or more turnovers. Rebel opponents are averaging 24.1 turnovers per game, which places Ole Miss No. 7 in the country in turnovers forced.

57 â€"The margin of victory for Ole Miss against La.-Monroe. It ties for the fourth largest margin of victory in school history and is the largest margin of victory in the Insell era. Additionally, Ole Miss' 38-point first half scoring margin also ties for fourth highest in program history.

Scouting Oregon
Oregon enters Wednesday's game with a 8-1 record after defeating Clemson, 87-59 on Monday. A trio in double figures lead the Ducks who entered the AP Poll at No. 25 this week. Freshman Sabrina Ionescu leads the charge with 14.3 points per game, while Lexi Bando is averaging 12.9 points per game. Ruthy Hebard is contributing 12.1 points per game as well. Hebard is also leading the way on the glass with a team-best 7.9 rebounds per game. The Ducks have taken on another SEC foe in Mississippi State, who handed Oregon their lone loss of the season, 75-63, at the Rainbow Wahine Classic. They have also defeated a ranked opponent in then-No. 24 Michigan State, 88-55, in Eugene. Freshman Ionescu has posted a pair of triple doubles on the season including one in Oregon's last outing against Clemson.

Ole Miss enters Wednesday's game with a 7-2 record after getting back in the win column against La.-Monroe on Saturday. Madinah Muhammad and Shandricka Sessom continue to lead Ole Miss from the floor. Muhammad is averaging 14.1 ppg, while Sessom is adding 13.9 ppg. Erika Sisk is also in double figures contributing 10.6 points per game. A trio of Rebels is leading Ole Miss on the glass, led by Shequila Joseph's 6.4 boards per game. Sessom isn't far behind with 4.9 rebounds per game while Erika Sisk is adding 4.7 rebounds per game. Sessom has posted two double-doubles on the season, most recently recording 18 points and 10 rebounds against Jackson State. Bretta Hart also recorded her second career double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Freshman Shelby Gibson is Ole Miss' top scoring freshman with 8.4 points per game which is among the top five scoring freshman in the SEC. Madinah Muhammad became the first Rebel to score 20+ in back-to-back games with 22 vs. Wisconsin and 24 against UNLV and on the season has three 20-point games after a team-best 21 points vs. La-Monroe â€" the most 20-point outings for a Rebel this season. Matt Insell is two wins away from his 50th career win.
