RALLY POINTS
- Senior Nayo Warnell delivered an outstanding outing Sunday in Tuscaloosa. The veteran tallied a career-best 16 kills, hitting at a .519 percentage, while adding five blocks. After leading the conference for part of the season in the category, she currently ranks 3rd in the SEC in hitting percentage and 20th in the country.
- Another veteran with a strong performance Sunday was senior Leah Mulkey, who registered a season-high 14 kills. In the second set alone, Mulkey was on fire, posting seven kills on an .825 efficiency.
- Junior Lauren Bars fell just five assists shy of her career-best Sunday, dishing out 52 assists. Bars leads the league with 13 double-doubles, recording her third straight Sunday after registering 10 digs.
- In addition to Warnell and Mulkey, senior Emily Stroup and sophomore Aubrey Sultemeier also collected double-digit kills in Tuscaloosa. Stroup finished with her 11th double-double of the year with 13 kills and 12 digs, while Sultemeier also turned in a season-best with 12 kills.
- The Rebels rank in the top five in the league in three categories, including continuing to lead the SEC with 1,388 digs at 15.42 per set. Ole Miss is also third in blocks per set (2.38) and fourth in opponent hitting percentage (.195).
- With seven matches remaining in the regular season, the Rebels' schedule doesn't get any easier. Ole Miss will face three Top 25 opponents and another two that are receiving votes. Of those seven opponents remaining, six boast a RPI ranking in the Top 50 and four teams were 2018 NCAA Tournament participants. The Rebels sit just outside of that Top 50 threshold, currently at No. 53.
