First Pitch Set for Fall Game vs. Alabama

Rebels and Crimson Tide to Meet Oct. 30 at 1 p.m. CT at Swayze Field
OXFORD, Miss. – First pitch has been set for Ole Miss baseball's fall exhibition against Southeastern Conference rival Alabama. The Rebels will host the Crimson Tide Saturday, Oct. 30, at 1 p.m. CT for 12 innings of action at Swayze Field.
Admission is free and fans are permitted to bring outside food and beverages. Limited concessions will be available behind home plate only. Fans are permitted to sit in the Oxford-University Stadium grandstands and in the outfield. Premium areas will not be accessible. Media may enter through the front gate and access the press box via the side door down the left field line.
Parking will be available across from the stadium on Taylor Road as well as the parking lot behind left field. Gates, limited to the ones behind home plate, left field, and the student gate in right field, will open at 11 a.m. CT.
Mike Bianco's Rebels topped Little Rock, 10-2, in last weekend's scrimmage. Ole Miss' game against Alabama will be its last against outside competition this fall.
All fall exhibitions and intrasquad scrimmages will be streamed live on the Ole Miss baseball Facebook page.
The Rebels will close their fall season on Nov. 12 with the annual Pizza Bowl. First pitch for the fall finale will be announced at a later date. The Omaha Challenge is set for the following week, Nov. 15-19, before the Rebels depart for fall break.
Ole Miss has announced its full spring schedule. Season ticket renewals are going on now. Log in to your account at OleMissTix.com to renew or to purchase new season tickets today. The priority deadline to renew season tickets is Oct. 31.
