Chosen by a preseason poll of national college basketball experts, the list is comprised of 50 student-athletes who are the early front-runners for the most prestigious honors in college basketball, the Wooden Award All American Team and Most Outstanding Player Award.
Ole Miss is one of only 14 teams across the nation to boast at least two players on the list. The Wooden Award All American Team will be announced the week of the "Elite Eight" round of the NCAA Tournament. The winner of the 2025 John R. Wooden Award®, presented by Principal, will be presented at the Los Angeles Athletic Club on April 11, 2025.

Transferring from Florida, Deans started in six games last year, averaging 3.8 assists and recording double-figure points in three games before she was injured. The graduate had a standout performance in the Rebels' opening matchup of the season, scoring a career-high 19 points in an Ole Miss jersey, along with three assists and rebounds, a piece.
The preseason accolades for Scott have been abundant this season, as she has been named to the First Team All-SEC team in the SEC coaches' poll, Second Team All-SEC for the SEC media poll, Jersey Mike's Naismith Trophy Women's College Player of the Year Watch List and the Cheryl Miller Award Preseason Watch List. In Ole Miss' first game of the year against USC, Scott tallied 14 points, five assists and four rebounds.
