- Junior LF Brian Pettway singled in the sixth inning to extend his hitting streak to a career-best 12 games.
- Senior 2B Cooper Osteen has now scored a run in seven consecutive games.
- Freshman SS Zack Cozart hit his first career grand slam in the seventh inning. It was also the Rebels' second grand slam of the season as sophomore OF Mark Wright hit a grand slam this past Wednesday versus Northwestern State.
- The eight-run seventh inning marked the seventh time this season Ole Miss has scored at least five runs in an inning.
- With 15 hits this afternoon, Ole Miss has recorded 10 or more hits in eight straight games.
