• Stroup registered 31 kills across four sets Friday against the Volunteers, setting a new single-match program record. It was also the third most tallied in the SEC this season, and the most for a four-set match.

For Wernentin, it marked her third consecutive after posting her first collegiate double-double last weekend against Auburn, finishing with 10 kills and 17 digs. Bars turned in her second of the season, registering a season-best 15 digs and adding 47 assists...

• Fellow middle blocker Aubrey Sultemeier sits one solo rejection away from cracking the single-season Top 5, cur- rently with 24. Sultemeier would become the first freshman on the list.

Scouting the Tigers
The Tigers are just 9-14 overall, but boast a 4-8 record in SEC play, picking up wins over Georgia, Auburn, Mississippi State, and most recently, Alabama on Sunday in five. LSU is led by sophomore Taylor Bannister, who boasts 367 kills on the season. LSU ranks second in the league with 15.22 digs per set, with sophomore Raigen Cianciulli second in the league with 4.64 per set, totaling 399 on the season. Bannister posted 22 kills in the Rebels-Tigers first clash earlier this season, while Ciancuilli registered 32 digs.
