No. 25 Men’s Tennis Falls at No. 6 Mississippi State

STARKVILLE, Miss. – A pair of wins by senior Filip Kraljevic were not enough to power the Ole Miss Men's Tennis team past a talented No. 6 Mississippi State team. The Bulldogs bested the Rebels 6-1 at the A.J. Pitts Tennis Centre Friday.

Kraljevic teamed up with junior Tim Sandkaulen for a 6-3 doubles triumph over No. 12 Niclas Braun and Giovanni Ordani. However, MSU (17-3, 9-1 SEC) claimed the doubles point with victories on Courts 1 and 3.

The Bulldogs then rallied off wins on Courts 1, 3 and 6 in singles to clinch.

Kraljevic tallied Ole Miss' (13-10, 4-6 SEC) point in a third-set tiebreaker, 5-7, 6-3, 1-0 (10-5), in the final match.
