LEXINGTON, Ky. – Ole Miss track & field concluded a strong weekend with several impressive individual performances at Day Two of Kentucky's Rod McCravy Memorial on Saturday.

Senior Cole Colozzo stole the show for Ole Miss, ending the day with an eight-inch PR and third-place finish in the pole vault at 5.30m (17-04.50), the second-best clearance in school history indoors behind Olympian Sam Kendricks' school record 5.70m (18-08.25) that earned him NCAA runner-up honors in 2014. Colozzo also stands in good position on the national performance list this indoor season, currently ranking tied for 12th in the NCAA and second in the SEC.

Junior Peyton Weissmann tied for seventh in the event at 5.00m (16-04.75), while senior Austin Garrett took 14th at a PR of 4.70m (15-05.00) – 14th-best in Ole Miss history.

Danny Guiliani had the best performance for the Rebel men in the shot put, earning a sixth-place finish at 18.08m (59-04.00) – the second-best throw in Ole Miss history behind All-American Brian Williams' 19.24m (63-01.50) from the 2018 Music City Challenge at Vanderbilt.

Freshman Daniel Viveros also competed in the event, placing 12th at 15.85m (52-00.00).

Freshman Pierce Genereux, competing in the heptathlon for the first time in his collegiate career, earned a third-place finish after entering the day ranked fourth. His total of 4,306 points ranks third in Ole Miss history.

Allen Gordon, fresh off of his victories in the high jump and long jump on Friday, led Ole Miss in the triple jump. The junior set his third PR of the weekend, recording a leap of 15.00m (49-02.50) to finish third in the event. Freshmen Torrence Tuberville and Cory Meek, competing in the event for the first time in their collegiate careers, placed sixth and seventh in the event, respectfully. Tuberville's longest jump was 13.49m (44-04.75), while Meek's was 13.40m (43-11.75).

Ole Miss was also one of two schools to place three throwers in the top-10 of the women's shot put. Leading the way was sophomore Tedreauna Britt, who finished sixth at 15.47m (50-09.25). She was trailed by freshmen Jalani Davis (seventh, 14.84m/48-08.25) and Jasmine Mitchell (10th, 14.11m/46-03.50).

Rounding out the lineup for Ole Miss on Saturday were junior Hannah LoChiatto and senior Haley Hood, who both cleared 1.61m (5-03.25) to finish 12th and 13th in the high jump, respectfully. This height marked an indoor PR for Hood.
